•Exchanged tickets must be presented upon entry and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged.
•Guests arriving after their scheduled Burj Khalifa entry time may experience delayed access, subject to venue capacity and operational requirements.

•Burj Khalifa will operate with limited entry slots from 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM.
•Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo will be open from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
•Due to New Year's Eve crowd management measures, road closures and restricted access to Dubai Mall may be implemented from 2:00 PM onwards.
•Guests are strongly advised to arrive early and plan their transportation in advance.

•Each guest will receive an individual QR code and must present their own QR code when collecting admission tickets.

•Children under 3 years old enjoy free admission.
•No outside food or beverages are permitted inside the attractions.
•The average duration of a visit to At the Top, Burj Khalifa is approximately 1 hour 30 minutes.
