•Exchanged tickets must be presented for entry. Lost, damaged, stolen, refunded, or exchanged tickets cannot be replaced under any circumstances.
•Operating hours and attraction schedules may change due to operational requirements or unforeseen circumstances.
•During severe weather conditions, the attraction may be temporarily closed for safety reasons. No refunds will be provided for weather-related closures.
•Availability is generally released up to 6 months in advance, subject to availability, with inventory updated monthly.
•31 December Restrictions: Outdoor terrace access will be unavailable. Road closures may affect access to Dubai Mall after 2:00 PM. Available booking slots are limited to 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM.
•Guests are advised to arrive on time to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. Delays may occur during weekends, public holidays, and peak seasons.
Know before you go
•Tickets are valid only for the selected date and time slot booked. Entry outside the booked time is not permitted.
•Guests must collect their physical tickets from the At the Top Main Counter (LG Level, Dubai Mall) before visiting any Emaar attraction.
•One QR code is issued per booking, regardless of the number of guests. This voucher must be exchanged for entry tickets before admission.
•Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled time to allow for ticket collection and security procedures.
•Children under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult aged 16 or above.
•Children under 3 years enjoy free admission.
•No outside food or beverages are allowed inside the attraction.
•Large bags, strollers, laptops, tablets, e-cigarettes, sharp objects, skate shoes, and wheeled footwear are not permitted and must be stored at the designated luggage counter.
•The average duration of a visit to At the Top, Burj Khalifa is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.
•Last entry is subject to the selected product and booking slot.
