ON ARRIVAL: Once you go through luggage hall and customs, Exit INTO the arrivals hall where your Nexus representative wearing a hat and an orange shirt will be waiting holding a sign with Nexus on it.

Follow the registering instructions and add your booking to get the airport transfer QR pass, important information/notifications about your trip, and 24/7 assistance with your virtual concierge.
Important Note: the amount of non-official drivers at airport is significant. Make sure that you ONLY leave the airport with the driver who has a sign with NexusTours.
RETURN: You must re-confirm your pickup time 48 hrs in advance of the service date, by using ONE of the following methods:
1. If you are already registered at Nexus App, you will receive an automatic confirmation of your pickup time for the return transfer to the airport 48 hours in advance of the flight date. If not, you can follow the instructions in the ON Arrival section.

FINDING YOUR DRIVER: Please be waiting at the hotel lobby 10/15 minutes before your pickup time, the driver will be holding a sign board with NexusTours Logo or your name. Identify yourself by showing your voucher or airport transfer pass. WE cannot accept any responsibility for clients who have not been register at the Nexus App or have not reconfirm the pickup time by the channels above within 48 hours in advance.
