Overview
Chester Zoo is a hub of action for global conservation and each visit enables the team to help endangered species around the world survive and thrive. Meet Nubra and Yashin, a pair of endangered snow leopards, experience the 360 degree immersive audio-visual exhibition Native: The Incredible World of British Wildlife, and stroll through the dense jungles of South East Asia and watch your senses tingle in the Monsoon Forest.
Witness an endangered pride of Asiatic Lions, encounter unique species only found in Madagascar, and walk side-by-side with colourful birds in the Latin American Aviary. Plus, don’t miss the lazy river boat trip or the insightful animal talks.
Additional Information
No minimum age (Children aged under 14 must be accompanied by an adult aged over 18).
Fully accessible visitor attraction so visitors with wheelchairs, mobility scooters and limited mobility can relax and enjoy their day.
This experience is available seven days a week, throughout the year. Exclusions include Christmas Day & Boxing Day.
We recommend you book at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.

Chester Zoo opens daily at 10am, closing time varies from 3.30pm to 6pm depending on the day of your visit. Please allow a whole day for the full experience.
